ABOUT THE JOB
You will collaborate with a team of multifaceted designers, growth marketers, product leads, engineers, data scientists, and business leads to drive the evolution of the NECA brand across all customer touch points. The Brand Design team is ultimately responsible for how NECA shows up in the world. This includes everything from our website and social media to our product and events. You will be reporting into our Brand Design Lead.
REQUIREMENTS

8+ years of relevant design experience within brand, marketing, and digital design

Exceptional core design skills—pixel perfection, typography, layout, interaction, and visual expression

Experience with prototyping, motion design, and illustration
-
Ability to work autonomously, be proactive, and drive momentum

Ability to think through complex design challenges and navigate ambiguity

Experience with evolving and maintaining design systems
ABOUT THE JOB
A Producer is accountable for the team’s process. You’ll work with engineers, designers, and artists to bring high quality features to life. During development, a Producer uses metrics and good process to drive customer focus, team priorities, and coordinate deliverables across multiple disciplines to achieve team goals.

Proven ability to collaborate with feature leads to achieve production plans that work for all disciplines.

2+ years of experience as a producer with a track record of exceptional performance.
ABOUT THE JOB
-
Lead the conceptualization, design, and production of motion graphics and animation for various digital platforms (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Blender, etc) including social media, websites, advertising campaigns, and product UI overviews.

Recommend, research, and develop imagery (e.g., photography, illustration) to support creative strategy and execution, while conceptualizing and designing visual prototypes (e.g., sketches, layout drafts) to illustrate concepts for storyboard development.

Stay up-to-date with new design trends, market trends, competitive marketing, and innovations, and apply new techniques to the work, and instruct the team on their appropriate usage.
REQUIREMENTS
-
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in design, advertising, or a related field
-
A minimum of (5) years + professional-level experience is required; (3) years as a senior graphic designer.

Strong portfolio that includes multichannel, collateral, and integrated, campaign work including political design.
-
Demonstrate proficient expertise in Illustrator, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Blender software as required by the job role.

Recognize that meticulous attention to detail is essential for ensuring projects are delivered punctually, within budget, and in alignment with the designated strategy.
ABOUT THE JOB
The Content Specialist is responsible for creating visual content for NECA and our clients brands. This content will include video and photography capture for the resort and multiple lines of business. Night, weekend, and holiday work will be required. The candidate must be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment and in various aspects of Marketing and Public Relations.
REQUIREMENTS

Produce video and still photography

Manage and lead content strategy and content deployment for Sun Valley Resort that aligns with the overall Marketing goals and Brand Vision

Support with the production of resort photoshoots and video shoots with 3rd party creative vendors
-
Collaborate with the IT team in the distribution of video content through on-property systems
-
Drive social media presence by crafting a compelling content calendar, managing all accounts, and providing strategic support for marketing initiatives. Manage the social media communities, including leading the Resort’s social media response to questions in partnership with the Brand Manager and Marketing Director.
ABOUT THE JOB
As a Creative Technologist you take on the responsibility of being a leading member of our technical team. As directed by your supervisor, you will be expected to be a leader & innovator regarding new emerging technologies and their implementation. You will be expected to contribute in executing flawless events and activations, while also instructing and teaching other staff on their various components and use cases. The Creative Technologist supports the internal teams in planning and building within a variety of technology platforms. The following job duties are under the close supervision of the Executive Technical Director.

Plan and execute video projects for social media from start to finish, including the videography

Understanding of visual space

Understanding of and ability to optimize lighting

Ability to incorporate branding, voice and tone, etc., for a variety of clients

Maintain the highest possible standards of content creation, production and engagement

Develop creative concepts for videos/content (ability to lead content creative projects from ideation to production)

Present and communicate strategic ideas to internal team and clients

Manage logistics of shooting, directing on-screen talent, editing and post-production
REQUIREMENTS
-
5+ years of experience in creative content production (portfolio review and/or reel of previous work required; social media video experience preferred)

Familiar with nuances of creating content for social media vs other types of video:
-
Basic understanding of the metrics, analytics, and algorithms that relate to video performance on social media
-
Understanding of storytelling through video, including social media video elements such as hooks and payoffs
-
Up-to-date with creative trends, industry trends, technology, and best practices
-
Familiar with video creation within social media and content creation apps (Instagram, CapCut, etc.)
